EAT AND GROW BEAUTIFUL

               Everyone loves to have a glowing skin, silky long hair, beautiful white nails, strong teeth and bones. Its simple to get these by including some essential body building elements into our everyday diet plan. Our essential body building elements includes Carbohydrates, Proteins, Vitamins, Minerals, Calcium and Fats.

1. SKIN:
              Our skin needs sufficient VITAMIN B2 and VITAMIN C to make it soft and brighter. Vitamin B2 is present in fresh vegetables, fruits, milk and whole wheat bread. Vitamin C is present in oranges. Like "An Apple a day keeps the doctor away",
                         "An Orange a day makes your skin glow".


 2. TEETH & BONES:
               They need plenty of CALCIUM and VITAMIN D. So have a minimum of two glasses of milk daily. Fish too contains calcium and vitamin D. This helps to build healthy and strong bones and teeth. Avoid unnecessary intake of starch and sugar. This may result in early tooth decay.



3. HAIR:
              Our hair is made up of a Protein-based substance called Keratin. Hence to have a strong and silky hair you need have a PROTEIN balanced diet. VITAMIN B is also essential for hair growth. Hence include fish, cheese and eggs in your diet.



4. NAILS
               To avoid chipping, cracking and discoloration of our nails, diet rich in PROTEIN, MINERALS AND IODINE are essential. Fish, eggs, cheese, fresh vegetables and fruits. Cereals, bread and meat are food rich in iodine.


5. EYES:
            To improve the power of eyesight all we need is food rich in VITAMIN A. The very best of all is carrots. Including cabbage, spinach and other leafy food varieties with fresh fruits and vegetables will help to maintain a healthier eye.



From the above, it is very clear that our food plan must contain the following 5:
                                - Fruits
                                - Vegetables
                                - Milk
                                - Egg
                                - Fish

Eye care through Yogasana.


                         Eye care is very important nowadays even for small kids, as the blooming technology pulls us towards the latest ipad, mobile or the laptops. People in IT filed work more than 6 hours a day by staring continuously at the PC. 
                        
                         If you care for your eye or want to prevent wearing spectacles or contact lenses at a very early age, simply follow these 5 steps daily.It could be done in any time of the day. These yogasanas not only enrich your eye but even refreshes it.


STEP 1:  Close both eyes and take deep breaths.

STEP 2:   Now move your eyeballs from right to left for about 50 times.

 

STEP 3: Move your eyeballs in the vertical direction. from top to bottom for about 50 times.

 STEP 4: Rotate your eyeballs in clockwise and anti- clockwise direction, each 25 times.



STEP 5: Open your eyes and allow the oxygen. If your inside the air conditioned hall, do come outside for fresh  oxygen.
