QUICK QUIZ - ARE YOU A POSITIVE DIETER?

Read the statements clearly and then answer them carefully with a "YES" or "NO".


1. I eat when I am bored.

2. I am too busy to exercise.

3. I stress eat most of the time.

4. I don't like the way I look.

5. I can't control my appetite.

6. I follow strict rules and give up after a few days.

7. I have no time to eat frequently.

8. I can't resist temptation.

9. I feel bad to say "no" to anything I am served, when I am invited out.

10. Low-calorie foods are so uninteresting.


If you've answered "NO" to at least seven from the above statements, then your are a - POSITIVE DIETER.

If you've answered "YES" to seven or more statements, then you definitely need to work more to be on a proper diet.
