EASY PEDICURE AT HOME

PEDICURE  is a way of keeping your feet and nails "bright" and "beautiful". You could now do this for yourself at home. By following very few steps you could remove all the dead cells and dirt accumulated in your feet, using very few things at your home. Following this procedure, once in 2 weeks will make your feet glow and of course, attract others attention.

  • First remove the nail polish in your toe nails using a "nail polish remover".
  • Then shape your nails using a "nail cutter/ clipper" and  remove all the dirt in your nails using the nail polish remover.
  • Take a "bucket or a small tub" that you could find in your home and fill it with "Mild Hot Water" to 1/3rd or 2/3rd capacity, such that your feet will be fully submerged when you keep you legs inside.
  • Now take,
                 1/2 cup Salt
                      3 tspn lemon juice

1 tspn of any pain reliever solution
2 tspn of shapoo or any soap gel

  •  Mix them well with water. Allow them to dissolve completely.
  •  Now place your feet into the water and keep them inside for 20-25 minutes. Just rub your feet together at regular intervals inside the water.
  • After 20-25 minutes, remove your feet from the water.Take a "feet brush" and rub it against your entire feet smoothly.

  • Then wipe your feet thoroughly with a "towel" and make them completely dry.
  • Take a "Callus Remover" and rub your heal gently. You would see that the dead cells start to fall down. Remove all the dead cells in the heal till you find it free of cracks. ( Callus remover should only be used when your skin is completely dry).

  • Now take a "file" and rub it against your heal to make it smoother. Rub it in the bottom of your toes too, to remove any dead cells present.
  • Apply "Almond oil" followed by "Olive oil" on the feet and massage them gently for 5 minutes.
  • Now apply a "base coat" to strengthen your nails.Paint your nails with "color polish", or if your are interested, you could do even nail art, after the base coat has dried completely.
  •  Then apply the "top coat" over the nail polish, and let them dry.
